The 2007 version of the Abu Dhabi Scorpions saw a lot of new faces
but the winning tradition continued. They finished 2nd losing to
Dubai in the final 1-0. The team was boosted by 3rd liner Dominic
"Fitty" Plante who scored two spectacular goals.
It's hard to believe but it was true, Dana Tomalty was missed. |

2007 C Division featured the sponsorship of SNC Lavalin.
Players
participated as well as their livers would allow.

There was also a second team in the A division called the Abu Dhabi
Storm that was made up of Al Ain and Abu Dhabi guys. They finished
in a respectable 3rd place. |

The 2006 A Division team wins in the against the Dubai Mighty Camels
to take the tittle back to Abu Dhabi. |

2006 C
Division team the Abu Dhabi Harley. Jenn Cooper lead the way as always
in scoring.

2005
was the Scorpion's year however God or the architect of the Al Nasr
Leisureland caused a goal from above!
Scorpions
punished all opponents until the final when the Dubai Mighty Camels
used the unique architecture of their arena to edge out the Scorpions
6-5 in the final game.

witnessed a C division team Abu Dhabi Kaddas which went 0 3 2 for the
tournament. Players participated as well as their livers would allow.

2004
the Scorpion's were finalists but the long haul to this final game proved
to be just too much for this squad of brave souls. The Dubai Mighty
Camels edged out the Scorpions 7-1 in the final game.
Penalties
and yellow helmets did not help this team. |

The
mystery team of the 2004 tournament was the Abu Dhabi Capitals. Who were
they? Was it true they all had played for the Montreal Canadiens? The Capitals won one game against a sleepy Swiss team
that seemed to enjoy the Cyclone more than the local boys did. |

2003
was the first united Abu Dhabi expat Scorpion's team. Gone were the
Blades, SKMC and the Vikings. This team impressed by making it to the
semi finals before being eased out by the Toronto Maple Leafs (please
